Kim is a west coast girl from Vancouver, Canada, who's been obsessed with fitness for as long as she can remember. She loves keeping mobile, bodyweight exercise, calisthenics, and anything that gets her moving.
She is a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) with a background in competitive gymnastics, figure skating, and soccer.
Whether you're wanting to lose some baby fat, achieve that proper squat or get your first pull-up, you can count on her to help get you there.
And when I'm not training, you can find me working on my handstands, doing graphic design, hosting dinner parties, or traveling the world.
