Kim is a freelance personal and group trainer from Vancouver, Canada. Currently in: Cape Town, South Africa.

She has a passion for calisthenics and outdoor training and inspiring others to move and live a healthy life.

Kim is a FRC mobility specialist, a certified personal trainer through the American Council of Exercise, and has a background in competitive gymnastics and figure skating.

Whether you're wanting to lose fat, achieve a proper squat, or get your first pull-up, you can count on her to help get you there.

When she’s not training, you can find her working on handstands, designing, cooking, or traveling the world.
