FRDM SUNRISE

 

Start your day with a 50-minute full-body sunrise class. There will be solid warm-up to wake your body up with mobility work, strength exercises, and finishing off with a high-intensity circuit training work. Location: Cooper's Park under the Cambie Street Bridge, Vancouver.

FRDM LUNCH

A 50-minute class that will get you in and out during your lunch break. Class will start with a light warm-up and active mobility, strength, then a high-intensity circuit. Fresh air and Vitamin D, good music, fun people, and an effective workout will leave you feeling refreshed and energized for the rest of your workday. Location: Green Harbour Park in Coal Harbour, Vancouver.

FRDM BEACH

Never worked out on the sand? Well here's your chance. This is a 50-minute class focusing on strength and high-intensity circuit training. Most of this workout will be done on the sand so be prepared to get a little sandy. There's an active warm-up with mobility, strength and a high-intensity circuit to finish the class. You'll leave this class feeling stronger, more mobile and most likely, sweaty. Location: Sunset Beach (meet at concession), Vancouver.

FRDM COMMUNITY x NADA

Similar to our outdoor classes, we’ll be escaping the Autumn rain with an indoor class at Nada Grocery. Class will start with a dynamic warm-up and mobility. There will be partner exercises, games, strength work, then a high-intensity circuit. Positive vibes, music, fun people, and an effective workout will leave you feeling refreshed and energized for the rest of your workday. Monday/Wednesday mornings 7-8am.
